As we celebrate one year of Doré, one of the things we are most proud of is our commitment to transparency when it comes to our formulations and our packaging. When we set out to create this brand, we knew it was essential that the trust we built with our community over the 15+ years of the blog extended into how we developed our products. We’re not chemists or sustainability experts, but luckily after more than 15 years, we knew a few people that were.

Doré believes all modern brands should do less harm when it comes to formulation, packaging, and business ethics. This month, as so many of us celebrate Earth Day, we wanted to focus in on packaging since we know the beauty industry is one of the worst offenders when it comes to waste.
