Doré offers a variety of shipping options based on customer’s needs.We currently ship to the continental United States plus Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, as well as to over 70 countries worldwide.We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your order. Please note that we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers and on a rare occasion, your package may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to delays with customs processing. Return Policy
We want you to love Doré. If something in your order did not meet your expectations, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt for further assistance.Please note that we can only accept refund requests for orders placed through wearedore.com. At this time, we are not able to refund the initial cost of shipping or cover the shipping cost for returns in the US. For international orders, the initial cost of shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.We are unable to accept returns without prior email confirmation. Please reach out to us at [email protected] before shipping your order back to us. Successful delivery to our warehouse cannot be guaranteed and your package may be returned to sender.Doré can, in our sole discretion, limit or refuse a refund request if we deem that our policies have been abused. Any such findings are not appealable. At this time, Doré is not obligated to disclose any further information other than to inform the customer in question that the refund request can not be processed or may be limited due to the abuse of our returns policy.
