What is your morning beauty routine?
I’m a firm believer that beauty starts on the inside. A morning run or some kind of movement sets me up for the day. I can’t always motivate but I feel the difference when I do. I feel energized and clear headed and it gives my brain the space to work through problems
After that, I come home to my little ritual: a cup of ginger tea, followed by apple cider vinegar with half a squeezed lemon. It's my version of a reset button.
For skincare, I use the Tata Harper Rejuvenating Scrub, which is gentle enough to use daily. I follow with the Sarah Creal moisture source essence, then Tata Harper Serum, and finish with Vintner's Daughter serum, which does double duty as both a moisturizer and an oil for me. I love any product that multitasks because I have absolutely no patience for a lengthy skincare routine. If it takes more than five minutes, I'm not doing it.
And your evening routine?
I love to be in bed early. Good sleep is the other most underrated beauty treatment.
In the evenings I use the Credo Beauty vetiver root face wash and the Doré face tool so I can really cleanse after the day. Then Paula's Choice Liquid Exfoliant to keep my pores under control. After that, the Tata Harper Perfecting Serum, and then I seal it all in with Tata Harper Crème Riche. This moisturizer deserves its own moment of appreciation. It’s like the most luxurious butter for your face. And it smells divine.
What products do you keep in your bag?
I keep the essentials: lip balm - either Goop or Rare Beauty depending on what I've grabbed, Gucci Westman mascara, and my MAC red lipstick. I generally don't wear makeup during the day, but I always keep those in my bag for impromptu meetings. I also have Evolve Together hand sanitizer, because frankly everything is yuck. An Arq Botanics misting spray for a refresh throughout the day. And SuperGoop sunscreen, always.
How do you define beauty?
Inner confidence is what makes a woman shine. There's a self-possession that some women carry that is magnetic. You can be conventionally pretty and not exude beauty. But when you genuinely love the skin you're in, people feel it.
If I had spent my life trying to fit into whatever narrow box society decided beauty should look like, I genuinely doubt I'd be where I am today. Beauty, to me, has always been about freedom from that and the freedom to show up fully, without apology.
When do you feel most beautiful?
I mean it's environment and mindset, right? I wake up to the same face in the same body every single day so why do I feel more beautiful in some moments than others?
For me it comes down to the people I surround myself with. I feel most beautiful when I'm with people who reflect back what I'm putting out into the world. There's something about being in a room full of people you love - a great dinner, good conversation, that makes you feel completely at home in your own skin. You still have to find it within yourself first, of course but the people around you can fundamentally shift your level of confidence. And for me that's why building community matters so much. The right community can support your well-being, your career and your ability to progress in life.
And then yes, it's the little things too. My favorite red lipstick. An outfit I genuinely love that feels like me.
I feel my most beautiful not in front of a mirror, but in the middle of living.
Tell us about what you're most excited about with WIE Suite this year?
I’ve always felt there was something missing in the convening space for the real new guard of leadership: bold, accomplished women with both cultural influence AND the power to drive real impact. So we’re launching my dream gathering. Our first destination event. And it’s called The New Guard Summit.
Visionary women on stage and off, a magical setting, big ideas, rooms that make you feel like anything’s possible. And also a chance to step away from it all and take a minute to tap into where you’re going next.
Over the two days, we’re bringing together CEOs, founders, investors, and cultural leaders for conversations that prioritize depth, perspective, and meaningful exchange. Our theme is The Third Act, and we’re talking health, wealth, and influence. I’m very excited!
And we have to ask, what’s your favorite address in France?
Oh wow, this is a hard question. Growing up I went to Paris constantly, and it's genuinely one of the things I miss most about leaving London. That ability to just be in another European city in under two hours, like it's nothing.
Anyway…Favorite address. Maybe Rue Vieille du Temple in the Marais. It just has everything and I can spend an entire day there shopping and drinking coffee. The Marais in general is my happy place. Every time I'm back in the city, I make a beeline.
