We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your order. Please note that we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers and on a rare occasion, your package may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen delays or delays with customs processing. Shipping in the US

Ground Shipping in the US

Ground shipping in the US can be expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please expect 7 to 15 days. Orders are deliverable to P.O. Boxes.

Ground shipping is free on all US orders $60 or more.

Subscription shipping in the US is free for all orders.

Express Shipping in the US

FedEx 2Day® and UPS 2nd Day Air® in the US can be expected to arrive within 2 business days if the order is placed before 11am EST.

FedEx Standard Overnight® and UPS Next Day Air® Saver in the US can be expected to arrive on the next business day after 4pm if the order is placed before 11am EST.

Express shipping costs are calculated at check out and are based on weight and destination. The best rate is always presented. Please expect longer delivery times if shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 70 countries including Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cameron, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Réunion, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

EU

We offer international delivery with Byrd through Colissimo and GLS. International orders can be expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after processing. Please note that we are unable to accept orders that are shipped to international P.O. Boxes.

Ground shipping is free on all international orders $60 or more in local currency before taxes and duties.

All international subscriptions ship at a flat rate of $5 in local currency.

Please note we are able to ship to all countries in this region that are currently part of the European Union excluding Austria.

Rest of World

We offer international delivery with Mayple Global through DHL Express. International orders can be expected to arrive within 2 to 6 business days after processing. Please note that we are unable to accept orders that are shipped to international P.O. Boxes.

Shipping is free on all international orders $75 or more in local currency before taxes and duties.

All international subscriptions ship at a flat rate of $5 in local currency.

Please note this region includes Austria.

Duties & Taxes

When shopping on our website in your local currency, duties and taxes will be included in the order total and itemized at checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on each of the products you order, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. You will always see the itemized breakdown of these fees at checkout.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable. Free shipping applies to the subtotal before taxes and duties.

Return Policy

We want you to love Doré. If something in your order did not meet your expectations, please email hello@wearedore.com within 30 days of receipt for further assistance.

Please note that we can only accept refund requests for orders placed through wearedore.com. At this time, we are not able to refund the initial cost of shipping or cover the shipping cost for returns in the US. For international orders, the initial cost of shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns without prior email confirmation. Please reach out to us at hello@wearedore.com before shipping your order back to us. Successful delivery to our warehouse cannot be guaranteed and your package may be returned to sender.

Doré can, in our sole discretion, limit or refuse a refund request if we deem that our policies have been abused. Any such findings are not appealable. At this time, Doré is not obligated to disclose any further information other than to inform the customer in question that the refund request can not be processed or may be limited due to the abuse of our returns policy.
