You might recognize Julianne from a recent Sunday Takeover on our Instagram. She has both the effortless French style, coupled with the practical New York style. And we just adore her! Happy long weekend, to those in the states!How would you describe your style in three words?Versatile, original and comfortable.What is the most treasured piece in your wardrobe for sentimental reasons?Just before Phoebe Philo left Celine in 2018, I purchased a black wool crombie jacket from her final collection. It was a special purchase I made to commemorate the launch of my company, Dialogue New York, and will always hold a sentimental place in my heart.What is the most worn piece of clothing in your wardrobe?The first gift I received from my husband (then boyfriend) was the Hermès Collier de Chien Bracelet, which I have worn nearly every day since – it has become my staple jewelry piece. I once left it behind while rushing through security at the airport and thought it was a goner. I received an email from the Charles de Gaulle Lost and Found seven months later, telling me that it had been dropped off and I couldn’t believe it! Have to believe good karma was at play.What is one trick to French dressing that makes all French women always look so effortless?I find that French women dress purposefully, every single day. They take the time to be meticulously put together, even just to run an errand. They take very good care of their belongings, repairing bags, shoes and jewelry often, so that even the simplest of outfits looks sharp.Photos Jeremy Razasan
