Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types, including those with sensitive skin. All of our products have been clinically tested under dermatological control.
Yes, our products are designed to be used together. We suggest a routine that consists of cleansing, treating and then moisturizing. Our products are suitable for everyday use, both morning and night.
Yes, all Doré products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.
Le Cleanser and La Micellaire are vegan products.Le Baume and La Crème are made using beeswax. You can check all ingredient information on each product page.
There is no gluten, soy or nuts in the ingredients of our products, but they are manufactured in a facility that also manufactures products which may include these common allergens. Therefore we cannot confirm zero cross-contamination or that zero traces of gluten, soy or nuts may appear in our products. Please check all ingredient information on each product page and if you have continued concerns we recommend consulting with your doctor first.
No, there is no fragrance added to our products.
No, our products are manufactured without parabens, silicones and sulfates. All Doré products are EWG VERIFIED™, which means they meet EWG’s strict, scientific standards for transparency and health. Their team of toxicologists, chemists, and epidemiologists scrutinizes every product, empowering you to purchase products you can trust to be safe and efficacious. No, our current range of products are free from SPF.
While all of Doré’s products are manufactured without over 1,600 questionable ingredients (including no parabens, silicones and sulfates), we find everyone’s skin and experience to be different. So we always recommend consulting with your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing.
Our cells turn over on average every 28 days, so when you try any product you should expect it to take approximately 28 days before you start to see results.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer, and are not applicable to previous purchases. Sets, subscriptions, gift cards and limited edition items are excluded. Select offers are valid for first time customers only. Subscription offers are valid for the first order of a new subscription only. Limited quantities, while supplies last. When purchasing our skincare products you have the option to make a one-time purchase or to set up a recurring subscription at a 10% discount.
Yes. You will receive advanced notification prior to your next shipment and will have the option to make adjustments necessary. You can edit, skip, half-skip, gift or cancel your subscription. You can also change the ship date of your next subscription order or your shipping address. All adjustments can be made through your account or by reaching out to hello@wearedore.com

Yes, we are able to ship all US orders to P.O. Boxes.

Ground shipping in the US can be expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please expect 7 to 15 days.
Ground shipping is free on all US orders $60 or more.
Subscription shipping in the US is free for all orders.
FedEx 2Day® and UPS 2nd Day Air® in the US can be expected to arrive within 2 business days if the order is placed before 11am EST.
FedEx Standard Overnight® and UPS Next Day Air® Saver in the US can be expected to arrive on the next business day after 4pm if the order is placed before 11am EST.

We offer international delivery with Mayple Global through DHL Express. International orders can be expected to arrive within 2 to 6 business days after processing.

When shopping on our website in your local currency, duties and taxes are included in the product price for all countries we ship to, and will be itemized at checkout. No additional payment will be required upon delivery of your order.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on each of the products you order, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. You will always see the itemized breakdown of these fees at checkout.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable. Free shipping applies to the subtotal before taxes and duties.
All orders have a processing time of 48 hours, and are shipped as soon as possible following processing.

Please note that we can only accept refund requests for orders placed through wearedore.com. At this time, we are not able to refund the initial cost of shipping or cover the shipping cost for returns in the US. For international orders, the initial cost of shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns without prior email confirmation. Please reach out to us at hello@wearedore.com before shipping your order back to us. Successful delivery to our warehouse cannot be guaranteed and your package may be returned to sender.
Doré can, in our sole discretion, limit or refuse a refund request if we deem that our policies have been abused. Any such findings are not appealable. At this time, Doré is not obligated to disclose any further information other than to inform the customer in question that the refund request can not be processed or may be limited due to the abuse of our returns policy.

Please note that cashback rewards expire 90 days from the issuing date. If you join the program after your cashback rewards for past purchases have expired, you will no longer be able to redeem them.
We have migrated our loyalty program to a new, improved platform, which makes earning and redeeming rewards even more simple. We have removed all program tiers but made no changes to your existing balance or earned rewards. Please note, any cashback rewards will expire 90 days from the issuing date.

Referrals are only valid for first-time customers. Friends must spend a minimum of $20 in order to use the referral discount. 24 hours after a successful purchase by the friend referred using the referral discount code, advocate will receive a discount code via email for $10 off. Advocate discount code may only be used on orders greater than $20.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Doré, may result in the rescission of the referring customer's referral credit and the referred person's promo code as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions.
